Dog Boarding
To board at 4Paws Pet Sitting dogs must be at least 12months or older, up to date with required vaccinations, wormed, flea treated and desexed. Vaccination documentation will be required at the time of booking.

We board up to 3 dogs at any one time in our home and will be subject to breed and behaviour. We have the right to refuse a dog boarding should it become aggressive in any way. If there are any concerns through the service, the owner or emergency contact will be notified immediately.

Dogs will have access to a large yard, sniffari spot, lots of playtime, cuddles, walks and park visits and heating & cooling all year round. Dogs will be free to roam around and can come in and out of the house as they like.

At night, sleeping arrangements are determined by the dog. If they are feeling anxious or nervous, they will sleep in a bedroom close to us, otherwise we like to keep them secure and warm in our back room. Unless they are outside dogs and are required to sleep outside.

Damage to Property (dog boarding only)
Should any significant damage be made to the pet sitters home or items while your dog is boarding, it will be the responsibility of the client. We will ensure you are kept updated of any damage during the service.

Pet Visits
Pet visits are determined by either 1 or 2 visits per day. Depending on your location a travel fee will be applied if you are 6km outside of our Seaton home. A set of house keys will be required. These can be provided at the initial meet and greet or picked up from a secure location on the first visit at no cost.

All keys are kept safe and separated from your booking details. A fee of $10 to return the key will be required unless a secure location is advised to leave the key upon the last visit.

Should you require walking as part of this service, this will be at an additional cost and time.

We have full Public Liability Insurance, which covers your pets(s) whilst in our care and out walking. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet. We accept no responsibility for any injury, loss/escapes, illness or death of a pet.
