Dog Boarding
To board at 4Paws Pet Sitting all dogs must be 12months or older, fully vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and desexed. Vaccination documentation will be required at the time of booking.

We board up to 3 dogs at any one time and will be subject to breed and behaviour. We have the right to refuse a dog boarding should it become aggressive in any way. The owner or emergency contact will be notified immediately.

Damage to Property (dog boarding only)
Should any significant damage be made to the pet sitters home or items while your dog is boarding, it will be the responsibility of the client. We will ensure you are kept updated of any damage during the service.

Pet Visits
Pet visits in a clients home will require us obtaining a set of house keys. These can be provided at the initial meet and greet or pick up from a secure location on the first visit at no cost. All keys are kept safe and separated from your booking details. A fee of $10 to return the key will be required unless a secure location is advised to leave the key upon the last visit.

Insurance
We have full Public Liability Insurance, which covers your pets(s) whilst in our care and out walking and we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet. We accept no responsibility for any injury, loss/escapes, illness or death of a pet.

Booking Confirmation & Payments
Upon a booking request and a meet and greet is undertaken, a booking confirmation will be sent to the client providing all the details about the upcoming stay. Bookings will not be confirmed until at least the minimum deposit or full payment has been made.

All booking payments for a pet boarding/ sitting service must be made to us in full no later than 14 days prior to your booking commencement date and can be made by Bank Transfer.

Cancellations
A cancellation of a booked service can be made with at least 14 days notice prior to the commencement of a booking with paid monies refunded. If cancellations occur less than 14 days prior, a $50 cancellation fee applies.

Pricing
All prices listed are determined by 4Paws Pet Sitting and are subject to change without limited notice.

Public Holidays
Bookings that fall on or during a public holiday period will incur an additional service fee of $10 per dog on each public holiday. For pet visits this charge will be a flat fee for the day (not per pet)

Opening Times / Drop off & Pick Ups
Our pet sitting services are open from 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Times could be modified over peak periods ie Christmas, New Years and Easter.

Drop off and pick up times for boarding are only available during these times:
Weekdays: 7am to 8.30am; 12 to 1.30pm or 4.30pm to 8pm
Weekends: 7am onwards

Pet visits will be undertaken between 7am to 9am and 5pm to 8pm. Times will vary per visit, depending on booking numbers.

Early pick up / return home
For early pick up or return home once service has commenced, paid fees will not be credited.

Pet Meals
It will be the responsibility of the pet owner to supply sufficient foods for your pet(s) with enough for the duration of the service.

If any additional food is required it will be at the owners cost and reimbursement to be made on pick up or on return. We can offer prepared meals from our friends at Doggy Grub. All human grade, natural dog food. Cost is dependent on size of dog and feed requirements.

Pet Health
All pets must be in good health and up to date with the vaccination C5 – Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para Influenza and Bordetella (Canine Cough). They should also be flea treated and wormed if they are boarding in our home. We will require documentation of vaccinations at the time of the first booking and will require a copy each time it is updated.

We have experience in administering medication (both tablets and injections).
Injections will incur a $5 fee per day.

Veterinary Assistance
In the event that it is necessary to seek veterinary assistance throughout your booked service without your consent, then the owner (client) agree any costs incurred of any consultation/procedure undertaken is their full financial responsibility. We will in the first instance call your emergency contact should vet care be required. A Vet Release form will be provided at the time of confirming your booking.

Registration of Dogs
All dogs under our care must be fully registered with the appropriate local Council and be wearing their tag. No dog walking or outing will occur unless your pet is registered.

Photos of your Pets
We like to keep pet owners up to date with how their pet(s) is settling in with us. With your permission we will take photos and provide them via sms, email, facebook messenger or whats App. We also like to use some of these images for our social media accounts and the website.
